We are thrilled to welcome this phenomenally talented 2022 Holsteiner State Premium Mare ~ PF's Pasadena to the Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses line-up. When such a mare as Pasadena becomes available in Germany, once again we must purchase her—a sport horse of such quality. Again, we are eternally grateful for our very special contacts in Germany, whom we feel very privileged to call friends.
Notably, this young mare's sire, Glock's London, earned an Olympic Gold Medal at the 2012 London Olympics. Pasadena has earned the prestigious mare title of "State Premium Mare" while in Germany. She exudes all of the outstanding talents, qualities, jumping scope, style, athleticism, and class that the equestrian sport enthusiast dreams of. The Hunter Rider King, our dear friend and client John French, purchased two phenomenally talented 2024 young horses from us earlier this year. John's two little sport horses have stayed with us during their young horse development until they are ready to begin their great careers with John.

We are very pleased to introduce PF's OHLALA I, a magnificent 2021 black Holsteiner mare with lots of chrome, who boasts all of the class and quality one could dream of, with great character and type, and a sporty and modern build. OHLALA's genetics present the class of sport horse royalty: (Sire) Diarado / Diamant de Semilly x Corrado I, and (Dam) IRANA II / For Pleasure x Casall. Now a top producer herself, her first foal—who is on the ground in Germany—was beautifully delivered, showcasing all of the qualities that a top young sport horse possesses. We are absolutely thrilled to welcome yet another phenomenal broodmare to our line-up, and we very much look forward to the bright future with this special mare!

Here at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses, we are thrilled to congratulate the new owner of PF’s Catch (Colman x Calido x Caletto I). We feel very fortunate to have been a part of this very special horse’s journey; truly, PF’s Catch is a horse of a lifetime. Our acquisition of Catch directly from the Holsteiner Verband was a very happy occasion, and we are just as excited now for Catch’s new chapter with his new owner and team. Wishing dear Catch continued success and happiness!
Furthermore, we would like to highlight and extend our deepest gratitude to Joie Gatlin for her outstanding training, care, and show rides, all of which led to the sale of PF’s Catch. Here at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses, we are thrilled to welcome both PF’s Ontaria, a 2021 State Premium Holsteiner mare (Diarado / Diamant de Semilly x Cash and Carry x Cor de la Bryère), and PF’s Clarabelle, a 2022 Holsteiner mare (Cornet Obolensky / Clinton x Caretino x Quidam de Revel), to our broodmare line-up.
Both mares boast not only world-class genetics, but their genetic combinations are very rarely seen, elevating them to a special class of their own. Our breeding operation has consistently produced top sport horses both nationally and internationally for over 30 years. This is credited to the world-renowned bloodlines that our carefully selected broodmares showcase. We set the standard in sport horse breeding.
Our vision for our sport horse breeding legacy continues to grow and evolve. At times, we may sell broodmares once their time producing with us has concluded, giving us the opportunity to be strategic in expanding our historical horse breeding legacy. As we continue to improve upon what has already proven to be excellence, a new group of sport horse broodmares with phenomenal qualities and genetics is arriving. Here at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses, we are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding success of PF's Catch during the Temecula Valley National - FEI. The winning partnership PF's Catch and top rider Joie Gatlin put in a beautiful performance earning them the win in the $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby.
Continuing his campaign, Catch will be joining Joie Gatlin for the next couple of weeks at the Traverse City Horse Shows at Flintfields Horse Park.

Her sire, PF's Galant du Mesnil ~ renamed Golden Road ~ had a very successful campaign this past year the hunter ring under top professional Nick Haness, including multiple wins at WEF. Gisele PF is an embryo transplant foal who boasts world class genetics (Sire) Galant du Mesnil / Cornet Obolensky x Baloubet du Rouet x Jalisco B (Dams Line) Tatiana x Tobago Z / Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Million Dollar x Caretino / Caletto I.

Here at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses, we are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding success of PF's Catch during Capistrano Cup 2 – World Champion Hunter Rider (WCHR) Week. We extend our deepest gratitude to Joie Gatlin for piloting PF's Catch with such precision and expertise in both the $15,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby and the Green Hunters 3’6” division.
The pair delivered a beautiful performance, earning a 1st place win in the first round of the $15,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby and finishing 3rd overall. Additionally, they earned a show Championship, two 1st place finishes, and two 2nd place finishes in the Green Hunters 3’6”.
PF’s Catch is a Holsteiner gelding with exceptional bloodlines (Colman / Carthago x Calido x Caletto I / Cor de la Bryère) and is proudly featured on our 2025 SALES LIST.

We take immense pride in the care that we provide to our developing young horses here at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses. From our young horse daily handling and in-hand training, to our daily grooming and care regimen, to our well-balanced feeding and supplement program, we provide the enrichment our young horses need. With extended daily pasture turn out time, each young horse returns to their airy large mare motel stalls each evening. This consistent young horse regimen has proven to produce confident, well rounded, well adjusted and good minded young horses.
Featured here is one of our 2024 young horses PF's Cool Fox a Holsteiner colt (Clarimo / Clearway x Clarcon x Ramirado / Ramiro Z). Who was recently sold to top hunter rider and professional John French, Cool Fox will spend his younger years here developing with us in preparation for his future career with John French.

Here at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses, we are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding success of PF's Catch during Hunter Jumper Week at the prestigious Del Mar National Horse Show. We extend our deepest gratitude to Joie Gatlin for piloting PF's Catch with such finesse in both the $20,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby and the Performance Hunters 3’3” division.
Together, PF’s Catch and Joie delivered an impressive performance, earning 4th place overall in the International Derby, with a remarkable 2nd place finish in the Handy round and 7th in the Classic round. The pair also brought home top ribbons in the Performance Hunters 3’3” division.

An embryo transplant foal, shown here with her recipient mom.
Notably, this filly’s sire, Christer (renamed Forever Romance in the USA), had a very successful Grand Prix and breeding campaign in Europe. A licensed stallion with the Holsteiner Verband, he earned Reserve Champion at his stallion licensing. Now, Forever Romance has gone on to campaign very successfully in the Green Conformation Hunters 3'6" and in the Amateur Owner Hunters 3'6" on the West Coast, prior to being sold East into top Hunter rider Scott Stewart's outstanding program. Forever Romance has continued his great success in the Hunter divisions on the East Coast, including a very successful campaign during the 2025 WEF Winter Circuit under the direction of Scott Stewart and his amateur owner rider.
Chrishella PF has joined ClaudeLee Johnson's wonderful sport horse program. We could not be more thrilled with this new partnership, and we very much look forward to their great successes to come.

Here at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses, we would like to extend a huge congratulations to ClaudeLee Johnson on the purchase of two more phenomenal mares ~ our very special 2022 Holsteiner mare PF's Ulara, who boasts world-class genetics and sport horse royalty (Uriko / Untouchable x Cassini I x Caretino / Caletto II). Notably, Ulara is a full sister to the Olympic 1.70m show jumping stallion Uricas VD Kattevennen, who was a show jumping star at the Paris 2024 Olympics under the direction of top horseman and Olympian Harrie Smolders. Uricas VD Kattevennen has been sold to Southern Arches in the USA and is now under the direction of rider Callie Schott.
And our very special 2023 Holsteiner mare PF's Rubin HaS (aka Rubina), who boasts world-class genetics and sport horse royalty (Cornet Obolensky / Clinton x Plot Blue x Vigo d'Arsouilles / Nabab de Rêve). Rubin HaS's dam, K-Roseville, is a full sister to the Holsteiner Verband’s superstar sire Million Dollar.
Both PF's Ulara and PF's Rubin HaS have joined ClaudeLee Johnson's wonderful sport horse breeding program, where they will continue their broodmare duties. We could not be more thrilled with this new partnership, and we very much look forward to the continued phenomenal progeny to come from Ulara and Rubin HaS.

Our East Coast Sport Horses Conclude the 2025 WEF Circuit with Continued Success
Here at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses, we are thrilled to congratulate our Sport Horses East on their outstanding performances and successes during the final weeks of the 2025 WEF Winter Circuit! PF's Galant du Mesnil, renamed Golden Road (Cornet Obolensky / Clinton x Baloubet du Rouet x Jalisco B), competed to great success during WEF Week 11 in the $50,000 USHJA International Derby, earning a 2nd place finish; in the $50,000 USHJA International Derby (Handy Round), earning a 1st place finish; in the $15,000 International Hunter Derby (Hunt & Go), earning a 1st place finish; in the $900 High Performance Hunter, earning a 1st place finish; and in the $900 High Performance Hunter Handy, earning a 1st place finish. PF's Christer, renamed Forever Romance (Connor / Casall x Singulord Joter x Acodetto), also competed to great success during WEF Weeks 9, 11, and 12 in the Amateur Owner Hunters 3'3" 36 & Over with his amateur owner.

Chrishella PF is already a star in the making, thanks to her world-class pedigree. Her sire, PF's Christer ~ renamed Forever Romance ~ had a successful Grand Prix campaign in Europe before transitioning to an equally impressive career in the hunter ring under top professional Scott Stewart and his amateur owner.
Her dam, PF’s Nubia (Keaton / Casall x Cassiano / Cassini I), is the full sister to Kantato, the Premium Stallion of the 2023 Holsteiner Grading. With such distinguished bloodlines, Chrishella PF carries forward some of the sport horse world's most prominent genetics.

Here at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses, we are thrilled to welcome our first foal of the 2025 season—and what a way to begin! We are pleased to introduce Carmichael PF (show name: PF's Carmichael), a 2025 Holsteiner chestnut colt born on March 28, 2025, shown here in the video footage at just 5 days old.
He is already a celebrity thanks to his famous sire and dam lines. His sire, the world-renowned Casall (Caretino / Caletto II x Lavall I x Raimond), has long been a figurehead of the Holsteiner studbook and has had a major influence on jumping horse breeding internationally.
Carmichael’s dam, PF's Ulara (Uriko / Untouchable x Cassini I x Caretino), is a full sister to the Olympic 1.70m Show Jumping Stallion Uricas vd Kattevennen. Uricas has had an outstanding European sport career under the direction of top rider, Olympian, and horseman Harrie Smolders. “Uricas vd Kattevennen was a show jumping star at the 2024 Paris Olympics.” Since then, Uricas has been sold to U.S.-based Southern Arches, where his successful career continues under the guidance of rider Carrie Schott. This special 2025 colt boasts some of the sport horse world’s most prominent Olympic genetics. Carmichael is truly bound for fame.

We Extend a Huge Congratulations to ClaudeLee Johnson on the Purchase of PF's Marlene
Here at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses, we would like to extend a huge congratulations to ClaudeLee Johnson on the purchase of the very special 2019 Holsteiner Premium Mare PF's Marlene, who boasts world-class genetics (Don VHP Z / Diamant de Semilly x Calido I x Acobat II). Marlene has joined ClaudeLee Johnson's wonderful sport horse breeding program, where she will continue her broodmare duties. We could not be more thrilled with this new partnership, and we very much look forward to the continued phenomenal progeny to come from Marlene.
Our Imported, Developed, and Sold Sport Horses' Continued Success in the East
Here at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses, we are thrilled to announce our imported, developed, and sold sport horses' continued success in the East at WEF - Wellington International Festival this past winter. Ryan R. Pedigo selected, purchased, and imported these two phenomenally talented sport horses from Europe in 2021.
When PF’s Christer (Connor / Casall x Singulord Joter x Acodetto) entered his second season of his Grand Prix campaign, he was owned by a top sport horse breeding and stallion station in Spain. PF’s Galant du Mesnil (Cornet Obolensky / Clinton x Baloubet du Rouet x Jalisco B) was at the beginning of his campaign’s second season and had just advanced to the 1.00-1.15 meter Jumpers. At the time, he was owned by a top European breeder who had purchased him from a Selle Français auction as a foal at his dam's side.
Both PF's Christer and PF's Galant du Mesnil arrived at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses' California location in 2021, where they stood as active breeding stallions within our operations and to outside mare owners. These outstanding sport horses have played a significant role in the success and growth of our legendary breeding and sales program.
In 2022, both stallions began their training and highly successful campaign in the U.S., while continuing their breeding services via fresh semen. We owe so much to the top professionals who contributed to these two horses' success:

PF’s Christer was purchased by Nick Haness's client Ashley Weinman, who successfully campaigned him at two major horse shows:

🏆 2024 Desert International Horse Park - Desert Circuit 2 – Champion in the Amateur Owner Hunters 3'6".
Following his championship wins, PF’s Christer was re-sold to the prestigious show stable of legendary hunter rider Scott Stewart, where he has continued his highly successful campaign on the East Coast in the Performance Hunters and Amateur Owner Hunters.
PF’s Galant du Mesnil was purchased in December 2023 by Carleton Brooks and joined Balmoral Inc. for the 2024 Desert International Horse Park Winter Circuit. His highlights include:

At the conclusion of Week 10 of the 2024 Desert International Horse Park Winter Circuit, PF’s Galant du Mesnil was re-sold to the well-established show stables of Tom Wright, where he has continued his highly successful campaign in the Green Hunters 3'9", High Performance Hunters, and Hunter Derbies.
It is truly an honor to celebrate and congratulate our imported and homebred sport horses' great successes, whether at the local, national, or international level.

Pedigo, with his vast experience, expertise, eye for the best quality sport horses, vision, and ability to see in a horse what others are not able to see at that point in time. Whether it be an import, a mare and stallion combination for breeding purposes, developing and training sport horses, young or experienced, or skills that rely on his horsemanship, Ryan R. We are thrilled to announce the arrival of PF's Cool Fox a Holsteiner Colt (Clarimo / Clearway x Clarcon x Ramirado), PF's Captain Jack a Holsteiner Colt (Connor / Casall x Contender x Lorentin I), and PF's Sansiba a Holsteiner Filly (United Way / Uriko x Clarimo x Quinar) to the US. These three 2024 weanlings were purchased during the late summer 2024 Holsteiner Verband Foal Auctions in Germany, we are very thrilled to welcome these three very special little sport horses to our Southern California Location. This leaves still six of our 2024 weanlings to reside at our location in Germany where they will continue their development.

The Hunter Rider King ~ John French Visits Us!
On November 9, 2024 we were truly honored to roll out the red carpet for a visit from the world’s Hunter Rider King himself, John French. During John's day-long visit, we presented our outstanding lineup of sport horses, from our 2024 foals to our campaigning sport horses. Between showcasing our horses in the riding arena and the jump chute, it was a truly special day. John was consistently complimentary about the quality of our stock here at Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses.
It was both a privilege and an honor to see John aboard PF's Catch, our grey Holsteiner stallion (Colman / Carthago x Calido x Caletto I), and PF's Marlene, our bay Holsteiner mare (Don VHP Z / Diamant de Semilly x Calido I x Acobat II). Founder and owner of Ryan Pedigo Sport Horses, Inc., Ryan R. Pedigo, made a statement with his significant presence during the two Holsteiner Verband 2024 late summer elite foal auctions in Germany: the Auction 'n Concert Elite Foal Auction in Elmshorn, and Tomorrow's Champions Elite Foal Auction in Warendorf.
The elite foal auctions showcased an outstanding presentation of the Holsteiner Verband's finely selected group of 58 foals in total. Our ten chosen 2024 foals exemplified the highest standards in quality, type, presence, athleticism, scope, and highly respected, proven lineage. Each foal represents the future of excellence in both sport and breeding.
Each of our ten selected 2024 foals was thoughtfully and carefully chosen with the USA sport horse market in mind. Our goal was to select top prospects who will make a significant impact on the American sport horse scene.
